Time: Please refer to the attached time schedules. This meet is “on-time” and will NOT run ahead. However, this meet may run behind due to weather such as rain/lightning delays.

Arrival: We require athletes to be at this meet NO LATER than 2.0 hours before their first scheduled event unless you are in the first two events, then only 1.25 hours before.

Bring: East High warm ups and/or clothing. Everyone must be in EAST GEAR. No other schools/brands/colors that are not associated with East will be permitted. You will be sent home if you do not look like you are a part of our team. Additionally, bring your uniform, track spikes, sunscreen, healthy snacks and water.

Spectator Policies/Conduct: Spectators/parents are not permitted on the track or in the field FOR ANY REASON. Please find seating in the stands for the entirety of your time at the meet.

UNIFORMS: Uniform returns will be TODAY (Monday) from 3:30p-4:30p at the track. You can also return uniforms on Wednesday from 4:00-4:45p at the track. If you did not qualified for state, please be sure to return your uniform this week!

BANQUET: We will host the end-of-season banquet on Wednesday, May 22 from 6:00-8:00p at East. The cost is $20.00 per person (including athletes) and includes dinner. Family and friends are welcome. The final day to drop off uniforms for JV athletes and any varsity athletes who have completed their competition season will be Friday, May 10th at practice. Any athlete failing to return their uniform will be charged double the cost of replacement. Seniors, any unpaid charges on your account may prevent you from graduating. All other athletes, you may not be able to compete next year if a lost/unreturned uniform is not paid for or returned.

Please be on time to return your uniform today (Wednesday) or Friday at 4:00pm. No returns will be taken Thursday.

To spectate the horizontal jumps, please stay outside the south fence in the shade. Again, do not come on to the track for any reason or the meet director will disqualify your athlete.
