We will NOT meet together as a team tomorrow for practice due to the coming (expected) inclement weather. Please see the expectations according to your event(s) below.
Distance – Run your premeet on your own!
Sprints – Spend an hour of intentional body care + recovery time to reset.
Horizontal (Long/Triple) Jumps – Find an indoor gym to do 5 or so strides.
High Jumps – Do some light stretching.
Make sure you are really intentional about preparing your body for this weekend.
