Travel: There will NOT be a bus nor carpool option for this meet. Please arrange your travel accordingly.

Time: We have pushed back the meet schedule by 1 hour! 9:00am implements weigh-in / 9:00am Coaches Meeting / 9:20am Running / 10:00a Field Events. The meet schedule is ON TIME and will not run ahead more than 15 minutes.

Entries: Entries for East athletes at 2023 Angel Invite 

Arrival: We require ALL COMPETING athletes to be at this meet NO LATER THAN 9:00am. 3200m runners, please arrive by 8:15am.

VOLUNTEERS- UPDATED!!: Angel Invite 2023 Volunteer Duties Please arrive on time for your assigned volunteer duties. We are ALWAYS in need of more help with things like moving hurdles and raking sand pits. If you are not on this list, you can still COME VOLUNTEER! Please remember that ALL JV athletes are required to help at the meet.

Bring: Your uniform, track spikes, sunscreen, warm clothes, healthy snacks and a water bottle.
