Varsity Sprinters will practice at 8:00am on the Denver South Track (next to All-City Stadium). Then, stay to help facilitate the JV Meet.
Varsity Distance Runners please do a 60 min run with the last 20 min at tempo pace on your own, then meet us at South for the JV meet by 10:00am.
Any athlete that did not participate yesterday in the Varsity meet will be eligible to compete Saturday in the JV meet.
