Practice 5/17 – UPDATE

Apologies for the late notice in cancelling today, we were going to try and wait it out this time as the weather has typically cleared after we cancel, but obviously that did not work this time.

Also, below is a workout that distances runners can do on their own this evening if the weather clears. Thanks!

10 min warm-up

1 x 500m – at 95% of all out

4 minutes active rest

4 laps of flying 150’s (jog 200m, accelerate into top of curve, then into 150 sprint)

4 minutes rest1x 500m – at 95% of all out

4 minutes active rest

4 laps of flying 150’s (jog 200m, accelerate into top of curve, then into 150 sprint)  

4 minutes active rest1 x 500m – at 95% of all out

15 minute warm-down

We are going to try and wait on the storm to pass INSIDE THE SCHOOL before we make a decision to cancel. As of now the lightening is too close, so either wait in your cars or you can come inside the East front door. Thank you!
