Looks like the thunder storm is rolling in which will force us to cancel outdoor practice this evening.

Spike night at runners roost is still on from 5 – 7pm. See previous post for details.

We will have our annual Spike Night at Runner’s Roost this evening from 5:00pm – 7:00pm, more details below. If we are able to practice today we will head over there around 5:30pm after practice. If the weather does not permit us to practice I will plan on being there at 5:00pm, but you can arrive any time in the 5-7 time frame.

Runner’s Roost Spike Night is an opportunity to purchase the proper shoes and other equipment needed for the track season at a discounted price. Pizza will also be provided!!
