Your attendance is REQUIRED at practice today if you plan on competing at the Ponderosa FROSH/SOPH Invitational meet on Wednesday, April 11th.  Entries must be completed today by the coaching staff.

Again, understand that all athletes may not be entered as entries are based on practice attendance and performance.
